Who this is for
You've gotten organized, or you're close, and the thing you actually want to do next is build. A tool for your team. A way to get Claude or ChatGPT to actually know your business instead of guessing at it.
You've started. And you keep hitting the spot where you can't tell if it's you, the tool, or the approach. So the project sits there, half done, taking up room in your head.
That's what office hours is for. You bring the thing you're stuck on. We work on it together until it moves.

Two 1-hour working sessions
Bring what you're building. We'll look at it together on a screen share and work through whatever's stuck. You book them on my calendar whenever they fit. If a month gets away from you, the sessions carry over within the quarter.

Questions by email and Loom
Send the question, the screenshot, or the thing that isn't working. I'll reply within a business day, usually with a Loom video so you can see exactly what I mean.

No minimum, cancel anytime
Stay as long as it's useful. You'll get a link to manage your subscription, and changes take effect on your next renewal date.
What it isn't
Office hours is for questions and getting unstuck. It isn't me building the thing for you. If you'd rather hand a build off, or something is going to take more than a quick look, we'll scope it as its own project with its own price. You'll know before anything is billed.

Who you'll be working with
Shawn Lemon
I started The Digital Organizer to help people get their email, files, passwords, and projects under control. These days most of my own time goes into building with AI. I've replaced a good part of the software my company used to pay for with tools I built myself: our intake forms, our email analytics, the dashboard my team runs on, and the page you're reading.
I'm not a programmer. I direct the work and check the result. That's the skill you're building too, and it's what we'll practice in your sessions.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book my sessions?
Right after you sign up, you'll land on my calendar. Book both sessions for the month whenever they fit. If a month gets away from you, they carry over within the quarter.
What should I bring to a session?
The actual thing. A prompt that isn't working, or a tool you're halfway through. We'll be screen sharing most of the hour, so have it open.
What's the difference between this and hiring you to build it?
Office hours is you building, with me in the room. If you need us to take the work off your plate, we can do that too. That gets scoped as its own project with its own price, and you'll know before anything is billed.
What happens if I can't make a session?
Please give me 48 hours notice so I can make that time available to someone else. Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours notice will be counted as used.
Can I change or cancel?
Yes! You'll receive a link to manage your subscription. You can cancel at any time, with changes taking effect on your next renewal date.
